A good preparation in advance, will help you to have a great start with your NewMoove Workout!


  • Is your equiment within your reach?
  • Is your water bottle filled up?
  • Is your room aerated?
  • Do you have enough space to move?
  • Is your phone switched off?

 The accurate alignment of your screen

  • Push your screen to the front of the table
  • If you move on the floor you should lean your screen forward.
  • If you are using a Notebook, put your device on a chair when moving on the floor.


Enjoying the optimal video experience


  • Are all other windows on your computer closed?
  • Did you connect your computer to the grid?
  • Did you set the right volume?
