Question: I want to change my work-out plan or generate a new plan. How can I do that?
Answer: Click on the menu bar „My Training“ and then „Trainingsplan“. Then click on the link “Neuen Plan erstellen”. After this a new page opens, where you can choose your personal coach. Click on the coach you like most and continue the instructions.
Question: Can I do other courses additionally to the courses in my work-out plan?
Answer: Yes! You can additionally do as many courses as you wish! Just be sure to include rest days into your work-out plan. This is necessary in order to avoid over-training
Question: What happens if I do courses of my work-out plan which are originally set for a later point in time?
Answer: That’s no problem! The training plan will suggest you exactly the number of courses which you have chosen per week. Just keep in mind that you avoid over-training if you haven’t been training for a longer period of time. If you are unsure, please consult a doctor first, before starting your work-out routine.
Question: What happens if I skip a course?
Answer: If you skip a course which was set for the actual week, the same course will be suggested to you in the next week. Why? The work-out plan is constructed to help you reaching your goals. Therefore your coach is planning your courses ahead of time and they are often built sequently. If you intentionally skip a course, just click on it and play it for a short time, then it won’t be suggested to you in the following week again.
Question: Should I keep the sequence of courses which is recommended in my training plan?
Answer: Basically you should keep the sequence as it is proposed. Why? Because the sequence of the courses is chosen by your coach to help you reaching your goals.
Question: Why are the courses set-up like proposed in my work-out plan?
Answer: The training plan recommends you exactly the courses you need to reach your goal.
Question: Why courses get repeated in my training plan?
Answer: For yoga and pilates beginner we have developed special beginner courses which are the basic courses for all other yoga und pilates courses. They will help you to learn the basic positions and sequences. With a team of trainers we decided to repeat the basic courses in order to make you feel confident with them and not being overwhelmed with the advanced courses in the beginning. Therefore you have the possibility to steadily improve your work-out, which is very important.
Question: How can I activate the reminder service for my training?
Answer: Go to the menu bar „Meine Einstellungen“ and activate the function „Erinnerungsservice“ by putting the little hooklet with a click at “per E-Mail” or “per SMS”.
Question: How can i deactivate the reminder service for my training?
Answer: Go to the menu bar „Meine Einstellungen“ and deactivate the function „Erinnerungsservice“ by removing the little hooklet with a click at “per E-Mail” or “per SMS”.
Question: How can I decide between the reminder service “per E-Mail” or “per SMS”? Note: The SMS- Service is not available yet.
Answer: Go to the menu bar „Meine Einstellungen” and activate in the category “Erinnerungsservice” how you would like to be reminded by clicking either “per E-Mail” or “per SMS”.
Question: For which period of time is my work-out plan generated?
Answer: in general your work-out plan is constructed for a period of 3 months. After this time you have the chance to generate a new plan for your training.
Question: How often should i practice?
Answer: In general you can practice as often as you wish to. Keep in mind that you need some rest time, in order to avoid over-training. Your body needs rest to improve.
