This is the second edition of our successful Summer Moove program! Out of more than 400 courses you will get a weekly workout plan which is matched with your personal fitness level. We guarantee a workout plan for every level – no matter if you are beginner or expert! Beside our new Step- courses we will offer you various fruity recipes and a weekly changing nutrition plan.
