Togehter with our legendary Austrian skiing star Stephan Eberharter we will prepare you for your skiing trip and a lot of fun in the mountains! We offer you a 3 week training plan with selected exercises to stabilize and strengthen your muscles which you need for skiing. Your personal coach and our training plan will guide you through your 3 week program.
