Is it possible to log in on several devices with the same login data?

Of course, you can access you NewMoove account on your PC, smartphone and tablet at the same time.

Where do I log out?

There is no log out provided for in the NewMoove App. If you entered you login data successfully, there is no need to log in again when you restart the App. In order to log in with a different NewMoove account, you need to delete and reinstall the NewMoove App.

The app does not respond any longer?

In this case you should reinstall the NewMoove App: Hold the application icon until it starts wiggling and then tap the cross in the left-top corner of the icon to delete the app. Afterwards please go the App Store and reinstall the NewMoove App.

How do I evaluate an exercise class?

If you start an exercise class, please make sure to watch it until the end. Directly after the end of the class a screen pops up, where you can evaluate the class. In addition to that you can evaluate classes belatedly in „Deine absolvierten Trainings“ (Trainingsleistung > Trainingstagebuch).

Which functions are not available in the NewMoove App?

The following functions are only available via web browser on www.newmoove.com:

  • Buy a NewMoove subscription or redeem a subscription voucher
  • Create a new training routine
  • Choose a special program
  • “Meine Einstellungen”
  • Message Board
  • Community
