Is it possible to log in on several devices with the same login data?

Of course, you can access you NewMoove account on your PC, smartphone and tablet at the same time.

The app does not respond any longer?

In this case you should reinstall the NewMoove App: Just delete the App on your device and download the NewMoove App in the App Store on your device.

How do I evaluate an exercise class?

If you start an exercise class, please make sure to watch it until the end. Directly after the end of the class a screen pops up, where you can evaluate the class. In addition to that you can evaluate classes belatedly in „Deine absolvierten Trainings“ (Trainingsleistung à Trainingstagebuch).

Which functions are not available in the NewMoove App?

The following functions are only available via web browser on

  • Buy a NewMoove subscription or redeem a subscription voucher
  • Create a new training routine
  • Choose a special program
  • “Meine Einstellungen”
  • Message Board
  • Community
  • “Fitnessgewissen”
