- The tutorial i just made is not counted in my workout performance
- My workout schedule is not running anymore
- I don´t have a credit card neither an online account, how can i procure a NewMoove subscription?
- How do I get my abo incentive magazine?
- I´m registered but I can´t sign in
- My reward points were not credited
- I can redeem only a certain number of reward points in the webshop
- I entered my TV pin on my other TV and now the pin is not working on my other device any longer
- My credit card/account is not accepted
